How do I use the trams?

Trams will have dedicated trams stops across the lines. Each platform will include a display screen listing when the next tram will be and where it's heading towards.

Each tram stop will have a touch in/out box. A credit/debit card or contactless payment device should be tapped on the yellow circle until the reader makes a noise. You will then need to tap out again when you reach your final destination. You do not need to tap in/out when transferring between trams at one station.

The Bee Network app includes all tram stops and times as well as a route planner so you know what trams at what platforms you need to get on to.
